Speaking the Truth--a process for those knowing the truth to convey it to those in power

This graphic, developed by Randall L. Englund and Dr. Robert J. Graham, represents a series of actions that any person needs to follow to be successful in speaking truth to power.  Those people in power, such as upper managers in organizations, do not always want to hear, or are not open to receiving, the truth about how projects are progressing.  They gave the authorization or command and expect compliance.  However, project managers are often closer to the realities about the truth of what is truly happening.  The steps in this diagram help those people get through to those above them in the organization.Contact Us
